A premium rocker plate for use with apps for indoor cycling: ZWIFT, WAHOO SYSTM, TRAINER ROAD, ROUVY, FULGAZ and other interactive workouts for indoor cycling. Side-to-side and fore/aft motion for indoor cycling comfort, protection and realistic ride. 

Bike and trainer not included.  They are presented for illustration purposes only.

    Specifically designed for Spin bikes, and stationary road bikes with a similar footprint like the Stages SB20 and Wattbike Atom. Up to 18 degrees of side-to-side movement.

    There is no fore/aft motion with this model. Heavy non-free wheeling flywheels of Spin bikes make this feature much less effective. The surge you get from a road bike drivetrain upon sprinting is not as pronounced on a spin bike rendering this feature less relevant.

    Comes standard with:

    • Built-in spirit level and digital ball pressure gauge for easy and accurate setup (1 spare ball needle)
    • Remote and app controlled LED light strip that is programmable and syncs to music 
    • (3) six-inch playground balls that act as springs for side-to-side motion (1 spare)
    • Unique design allows for easy attachment of most all spin bikes (up to 48 inches from front to back feet of spin bike)
    • (5) Eighteen-inch hook and loop straps to secure the spin bike to the rocker plate (1 spare)
    • (1) 6mm hex wrench for installation.
